PLA Eastern Theater Command Conducts Drills in Waters to the North, South and East of Taiwan Island
4月1日，中国人民解放军东部战区组织舰艇、战机编队，协同常导、远箱火等，位台岛北部、南部及以东海域，开展空中截击、对海突击、对陆打击、联合封控等科目演练，检验部队协同作战、夺控制权、多向精打能力。
On April 1, the PLA Eastern Theater Command organized its vessel and aircraft formations, in coordination with conventional missile troops and long-range rocket launching systems, to conduct drills of air interception, assault on maritime targets, strikes on ground objects, and joint blockade and control, in waters to the north, south, and east of Taiwan Island. These drills are aimed at testing the troops’ capabilities of carrying out integrated operations, seizure of operational control, and multi-directional precision strikes.

Fujian Coast Guard Conducts Law-Enforcement Patrols in Waters around Dongyin and Wuqiu Islands
4月1日，福建海警组织舰艇编队位东引岛、乌丘屿附近海域开展综合执法巡查，重点开展查证识别、临检拿捕、管控驱离等科目演练，检验快速反应、应急处置能力。
On April 1, the Fujian Coast Guard organized its vessel formations to conduct comprehensive law-enforcement patrols in waters surrounding Dongyin and Wuqiu islands, and carried out drills of identification and verification, inspection and capture, and control and expulsion operations against unwarranted vessels. These drills are aimed at testing rapid response and emergence handling capabilities of the coast guard.
新华社北京4月1日电 国务院台办发言人朱凤莲4月1日表示，中国人民解放军东部战区位台岛周边开展联合演训，是对赖清德当局猖狂谋“独”挑衅的坚决惩戒，是对“台独”分裂势力蓄意破坏台海和平的严正警告，是捍卫国家主权和领土完整的必要之举。
朱凤莲表示，赖清德顽固坚持“台独”分裂立场，悍然将大陆界定为“境外敌对势力”，抛出所谓“17项策略”，猖狂挑衅大陆，煽动“反中抗中”，阻挠两岸交流合作，加剧台海紧张局势，充分坐实其是“两岸和平破坏者”、“台海危机制造者”，彻底暴露其反和平、反交流、反民主、反人性的丑恶面目。对此，我们决不容忍、决不姑息，必须坚决反制、严厉惩戒。
朱凤莲表示，“台独”意味着战争，搞“台独”意味着把台湾民众推向兵凶战危的险境。我们解决台湾问题、完成国家统一的意志坚如磐石，能力坚不可摧，决不允许任何人任何势力把台湾从中国分裂出去，也绝不为任何形式的“台独”分裂活动留下任何空间。
朱凤莲强调，需要指出的是，我们的反制措施针对的是“台独”分裂活动，绝非针对广大台湾同胞。希望广大台湾同胞站在历史正确的一边，做堂堂正正的中国人，明辨是非、奉义而行，和大陆同胞一道，坚决反对“台独”分裂和外部势力干涉，坚定守护中华民族共同家园，共创国家统一、民族复兴的美好未来。
